All four levels concern the creative and editorial production of the newsletter itself. Distribution, mailing-list management, newsletter platform fees, media buying, automation and campaign management are not included.
Ongoing pricing applies to an agreement of at least one newsletter per month. Independent pricing applies to individually commissioned newsletters.

For both of our convenience, it is preferred that your own “techies”, website producer or IT partner purchase, configure and maintain the selected platform. Once everything is ready, I can simply be provided with the appropriate login or user access required for newsletter production.

A newsletter platform is the system used to build, manage and distribute newsletters to a mailing list. While DLHF provides the creative and editorial production of the newsletter, the client can use an existing newsletter platform or select a suitable international provider.
These platforms typically provide mailing-list management, newsletter editors, templates, responsive layouts, scheduling, segmentation, analytics, automation and delivery infrastructure. More advanced platforms may also support custom HTML, dynamic content, ecommerce integration, AI tools and sophisticated audience segmentation.
The newsletter platform and distribution service are separate from DLHF newsletter production.
