The last couple of weeks have carried fruit. Over the years, through practice and high ambition, I’ve obtained the ability to work fast and efficiently while achieving a high-quality and an uncompromising result—something that’s been useable lately. It’s also true that when the work you do is both a part of a motivating and passionate plan and rewarding in itself, it unlocks a high level of motivation and ability.
I have produced webpages for business acquaintances, tons of social content with advanced text, developed several concepts and marketing campaigns, and much more. There’s still been time to go to the gym and have a dinner or a glass of wine every now and then, though. I don’t complain. I’ve enjoyed this. Sometimes, working is equivalent to a high quality of life.

For this special occasion, we are honored to welcome sommelier Kalia Hansson, who will guide us through a carefully curated selection of Italian wines, each meticulously chosen to complement our three-course Italian menu—crafted with care, passion, and authenticity by our chefs.
Just like in Italy, ingredients are at the heart of everything. They are handpicked with precision and treated with the utmost respect. Our menu has been thoughtfully assembled, drawing inspiration from the rich, hearty pasta dishes of Emilia-Romagna to the delicate seafood specialties of Sicily, ensuring a truly immersive culinary experience.

Dinner with Wine Tasting
The evening begins with an intimate welcome gathering and wine tasting, guided by Sommelier Kalia Hansson. Following this, you will be seated for dinner, where our staff will serve you the carefully curated Italian menu. This will be a perfect opportunity to savor and discuss the wines selected for the evening. A special wine list featuring Italian wines handpicked by Kalia will also be available for the occasion.
