7th of march, freedom and common sense
On the 7th of March 2024 we joined NATO
We assured the sanctity of our constitutional foundations, including the Swedish Constitution, the European Directives, and the International Human Rights. These represent our way of being, the promises and principles we uphold as a nation, and the commitments we all stand by. They encompass the accumulated wisdom of our forebears and greatest thinkers.
On this day, we further assured them.
Personal integrity guarantees, justice safeguards, and fundamental legal principles—such as the principles of objectivity and proportionality—were defended this day.
The sanctity of the personality is fundamental. Human rights articulate the essential relationship between the individual and society, affirming that one can only fully attain their true and fully developed self and experience ones rights through the framework provided by civilization. This is what motivates the individual’s responsibilities and duties towards society. The freedom to pursue your personality and live in a personal way in a synergistic relationship with society…
This and much more is regulated in our constitutions and laws.
Sweden joined NATO, recognizing that while we may strive for ideals and diplomacy, the world remains as it is, sometimes necessitating pragmatic decisions based on the global reality before us. Yet, we must also stand firmly by our self-evident higher truths and protect our capacity to engage in international politics, human rights advocacy, and diplomacy to its fullest extent. Through this, we strengthened our alliances, and for us citizens, the world within this coalition became more interconnected and accessible.
The pen and the sword
It is ordained by nature that the future is shaped by one of two forces: agreement or dominance.
We possess the ability to engage in violence, to forge weapons and wield them against one another in the furtherance of our interests. Yet, we also possess the faculty of communication—of diplomacy, agreements, and integrity. We are capable of reasoned synergy and cooperative resolutions. Yet, no matter how constitutional and principled we strive to be, and no matter how diplomatically and synergistically we engage with the world, others may not share the same intentions, and unforeseen developments may arise that compel pragmatic decisions.
The pen must be our guiding force in society. We must live by the solidaric wisdoms and truths. Yet, if the necessity arises, we must also be prepared to defend what is written—with our bodies and our swords.
We must be ready and capable of defending ourselves. To clench our fists, draw our swords, and summon the full extent of our ability, determination, and effort to prevail. If it comes to that, we will be disheartened—for it would mean that proactive measures have failed somewhere. If we must fight, it is already a loss. But we must nevertheless be prepared and capable. It must be rendered impossible to assault or subdue us.
Human life is sacred, we must always be proactive to avoid the loss of even one life.
This is the responsibility of our leaders, to keep us safe, always.
After one year
A year with NATO. It was hyped in the beginning but is now starting to settle. Some troops are moving about internationally, and the government seems to be more internationally confident. I believe it is truly beneficial for us. It grants us the strength to assert and enact who we are in the world. No one can look at us as if they could have done as they pleased. No one can accost themselves with the notion that they could have defeated us and deemed themselves our superiors in doing so, to look down on us that way. National confidence is reinforced by this arrangement. No one can see us as weak.
My personal year has been extraordinary. Certain circumstances held me down and kept me back. As they were resolved and the burden was lifted, I began progressing rapidly, and my life, along with myself, began to blossom. It felt like recovering my strength, ability, and rising up to my full height again—capable of climbing in life and acting freely.
What is freedom? Is it defined by what we are personally capable of, or by the options available to us? And what are those options? Sometimes, perhaps, what others decide to make available by their own incentives? The ability to plan, to carefully and strategically—based on phases act a plan to achieve one’s goals. Is that freedom? We are free, simply because it is human truth, we all experience it from a human and personal point of view. We are free, even to fail or make mistakes. We are free, even to walk away from everything and do something completely different.
Because of this and more than this;
We are free to improve.
But anyways, enough with these theories and discussions. Back to the year.
This year, I have grown—professionally and personally. I have reinvented my business, built my webpage, produced my work examples and my media, written my texts, secured partnerships, increased my income, improved my situation, achieved better physical health and fitness, and much more. And I feel like I am still merely at the first steps of the stairs. I take giant steps every week, and I feel unrestrained and capable. I feel as though nothing holds me back. I have constellated the stars of my universe with clarity, and the process unfolding from it gives me wings to go anywhere.

We are free to be ourselves
We are the sovereign authorities in our own lives. We are free to be ourselves and live in personal ways, pursuing our personality and personal wishes in life in a constitutional and lawful way. We determine what defines us and what we pursue.
We decide our religion or philosophical outlook, what we study and work with, what knowledge to integrate and what to disregard. We define our own morals, ethics, ideals, values, and principles. We shape our personality, cultivate our style, pursue our interests, and choose our way of life. We decide how to walk, talk, dress, and conduct ourselves. We decorate our own homes and hang our own paintings. We vote as we see fit, debate openly, and challenge decision-makers through discourse. If we strongly disagree with something or wish to express ourselves, we take to the streets and squares to demonstrate or protest. We may even gather outside offices and institutions to make our rhetorical stand. We write in the press and in social medias. Here, in this nation, we express ourselves.
If we witness injustice, crime, or an abuse of power, we report it, we demonstrate, we protest, and we raise public debate. If we suspect our rights to have been violated, we investigate, research, study and seek assistance to have them restored. Right should be right in Sweden.
So long as we do not gravely disturb public order, fall into severe self-destruction, or violate the laws of our nation, we remain free to be ourselves and pursue our interests.
We express ourselves in alignment with the definitions of truth. To hold facts and established sciences and theories in the highest regard, while expressing what´s not proven or what´s personal as theories, opinions, beliefs etc. With respect for the theories, opinions and beliefs of others. We must know truth and probabilities, what the probability of a theory is. We must know what we know and what we don’t and what is officialy seen as truth.
There is also a difference between truth and what´s considered proven or decided with qualification. Mistakes are made, people who are innocent go to prison. It must be allowed to debate decisions and to counter-investigate decisions in a lawful way.
With theese constitutions you can be proud to participate in your nation and pay your taxes. But they must be followed also.
Know your rights—Know them well, and constructively claim them in a careful way if there´s an issue.
We are responsible of what we are responsible to be capable of.
The law is secondary to the constitution, the constitution is the ideal, the law is to achieve and restore it. The law should then be made secondly. First the constitution, then the law about the constitutional situations and events. And the law should be made in the spirit and direction of the constitution so that it constructively achieves both victories and improvements. Sometimes the victories are most important. That the reasons for bad events, the real reasons, are defeated. And that integrities are restored, compensations, apologies etc.

Frame of democracy – legal theory
According to theese constitutions our democratic art of living must be within a frame of rights.
- The primary frame is our normal everyday freedoms to live and act proactive
- The secondary frame is what´s obligated in roles, socially adequate or admitted/offered/communicated as allowed.
- The third frame is what´s excepted as mitigating and exculpatory circumstances. (This is never done intentionally, it´s not a freedom one can practise awarely)
- The fourth frame is self defence or reasonably mistaken self defence, security, emergency rights etc. To defend yourself from percieved risk or danger. Necesseary self defence. By retorics, acts, escape, protection, raising attention, protests, physical enforcement, aquirations, violence, citizens arrests etct. we can defend ourselves. If there´s no other obvious and better way to achieve the same result. The self defence must be proportional.
- The fifth frame is the right to excessive behaviour during self defence. If the self defence his hard to master and becomes unproportional it can sometimes be excused as being a victim of having to defend yourself.
If you walk around in society and observe the most free democratic behaviours, the most extreme books, theories, cults, religions, music, art, politics, demonstrations, protests, debates, philosophies etc. that are available in the stores and on the internet. If you look at the most extreme celebrities and professionials and what they do. The first frame must be seen as fairly wide. If you read the most advanced conceptual litterature and watch the most innovative marketing. You must also see that we can communicate in deep, advanced and conceptual ways. Retorics and conceptual communication with media and text can be an art.
Whatever you do as a government servant should be something that you carefully evaluate putting your signature on. You should be able to lay it next to the constitutions and say that it constitutes them. It should be sufficient and accurate.
I want to make clear that I have little political ambition. I am not an activist. Just a citizen with an opinion who is paying taxes and feels good about by that buying basic safeties, functions and the constitution for our nation. My ambition is simpler. I aspire to be an entrepreneur, professional and leader that work with partners and build my own businesses and gives that and who is known for that. And I want to live my own personal life about that and based on that. I just want to pay my taxes, expect everything to function and be constitutional and do nothing else myself unless it´s absolutely necesseary. 50% or what it is, of my professional lifetime is quite enough. I follow the law and pay my taxes. But that´s about it. On the governments and courts webpages we are promised 3 constitutions. Theese are primary to the law and must be followed and investigated before the law. I expect this to work then. That is my opinion as a tax-paying citizen. Further than this I have no interest in participating in any way either politically or as involved in any government. I want to live in the private sector and with a more international lifestyle.
Proactive ideas
I believe we need more proactivity and constitutionalism in this nation. There should be a governmental initiative for advising, life coaching and personal development—a coworking environment where individuals could refine themselves, cultivate personal leadership, and build their lives in collaboration with a life coach. Where they could also go with any problem or request for assistance on how to solve a situation. To get advice on proper procedure. A place to study, start businesses, create work examples, attend courses and classes—all under one roof. And there should be a right to spend a certain number of compensated months there, based on months worked or sponsored by the government as part of a program elsewhere. People should not have to wait until their lives are misery to go to the government. A function like this in society could create enormously positive effects, improve destinies and also prevent huge costs. It also aligns with the human rights thinking that society is a platform for every citizen to achieve themselves trough. The goals of this institution should be health, personality, personal success, competence, constitutional, legal, ethical and important-for-life knowledge, professional development, careers and business careers. Imagine the results, experiences and destinies that would stem from this.
Proactivity is to take initiative and responsibility to achieve good results trough direct consequences or long term effects. It is also to be risk analytical and prevent risks from happening. It then relies on knowledge, insight, experience and understanding of experiences and consequences of various sort.
Constitutionalism should of course be a mandatory subject in schools, with a greater emphasis placed on it. People should know all of our constitutions, and through that knowledge, the course of events and destinies in this country would improve. People would get along better despite differences and treat eachother better.
I think when you approach society problems, you should do it with a full hand. A hand, or a closed fist if you prefer has five fingers:
- Understanding
- Proactivity
- Improvement(enable, encourage, recognize and defend improvements)
- Constructivity
- Intolerance
Sometimes you need to do more than just pointing a finger. You need to use the whole hand.
To solve many problems and get people to improve, they need to be shown better ways and mentalities, and greater values achieved trough this and a higher dignity founded in this.
I am going to study some courses in private law, business law, writing, rhetoric, languages, media production, photography, religion, and much more. I will make some relevant posts in that direction. Given my previous studies and career, this should be relatively easy, and I plan to study most of it privately and simply take the exams. I will write more about it later.
