Personal Thoughts
After everything I have lived through and the insight and clarity it has granted me, I feel capable of discerning certain truths, theories, and opinions. I may not yet stand fully achieved in life, but I know I have earned the right to an opinion and a voice, founded on qualities and notable achievements.
We all harbor wishes—sacred, profound, and deeply intrinsic desires that emanate from the essence of our personality and self-worth. We aspire to grow into the fullest expression of ourselves, to live with intensity, to fulfill our fundamental purpose, and to accomplish all that we dream of. We also uniquely pursue beauty; sometimes, we do things simply because they are beautiful. At the same time, we are inherently beings of solidarity, carrying an existential responsibility toward one another.
What life is like for anyone depends on some things: who they are, their knowledge and insight, what they live like, what they’re capable of and how they perceive themselves, what they have and what it means, what nature grants them and gives, what others have created and how others see and treat them. Any aspect of life is defined by a combination of these.
Remember that and treat people well, constructive and fair. They too, have wishes, just like you and me. Everyone has one unique and sacred opportunity of life, of being themselves and pursuing the life they aspire to and their own true personality and self.
I hope and want to believe that, under just circumstances and with the right incentives, every person will look within and recognize their innate desire to act with virtue. More than that, I believe it is not only what we want—but what is ultimately most rewarding.
Life, in many ways, begins with the pursuit of one’s true self and one’s best existence—by independently asserting one’s own value. Through this, you cultivate your set of ideals, principles, values, capabilities, and knowledge. You also uncover what is essential for life itself. To become and achieve everything we aspire to, we must possess and comprehend all that is necessary—and we must shape ourselves into the kind of individuals capable of attaining it.
When you begin with clarity, you soon find yourself living in a manner that yields profound and transformative effects:
- The integrity effect
- The value and self esteem effect
- Individually principled effects
- The clarity effect
- The reputation effect
- The initiative and responsibility effect
- The loyalty and alliance effect
- The karma or good will effect (Doing what is right, solidary, and rightfully esteemed)
- The asset, wealth, and ability effect
- The personal quality effect
- The strength and vitality effect
- The proactivity effect
- The positivity, constructivity, and gratitude effect
As you surely understand, a positive effect is the prerequisite for a good result.
A strong foundation for personal advancement is built upon three fundamental pillars:
- A life plan, structured in phases, each with defined milestones and prerequisites.
- A personal philosophy, encompassing one’s ideals, principles, and values.
- A lifestyle framework, composed of rewarding and constructive habits and pursuits.
By refining these three core tenets, you elevate all dimensions of your life. They serve as the cornerstone upon which all subsequent progress is built. It is the master key – the key to personal success.
One word of advise also, focus on the foundation first. Figure out what assets, abilities and knowledge you need before attempting what you aspire to. Be who you need to be first and aquire what’s required.
Another word of advice, personal growth is not just a choice. You need a synergistic constellation. Relationships, memberships, educations, cv, portfolio, property etc. Find what benefits you and build a core.
Prioritize wisely—each day should be one that makes you proud, a testament to having seized its full potential in a way that also builds a better tomorrow.
Be a great individual who is loyal to themselves, a good family member, relationship partner, parent, entrepreneur, employee, colleague, friend, fellow human, and do right by your society and community by being constitutional and by paying taxes that ensure democracy and human rights.
And when you make business. Make sure that what you do and create is something worth giving to and asking of people.
Quality time and enjoyments are essential, but the most profound fulfillment stems from a life lived with integrity, passion, and an unrelenting commitment to one’s highest self. Merging this—that is wisdom.
Climbing Your Mountains
Life is a series of ascensions. The truth is simple: you can only reach the summit by progressing, step by step, phase by phase. You climb your mountains.
Should life break you down, you must rise from the ruins and debris, dust yourself off, mend what can be restored, and move forward—fortified with the wisdom to shield yourself against the same fall.
If you ever find yourself at the depths of a chasm, standing at the precipice of despair, turn away and learn to climb.
Change yourself and what is having a bad effect and creating a bad result, be strong, be constructive. One day, when you look back in retrospect, it will carry a special kind of beauty. There is beauty in having a wild heart—longing for things, pursuing, standing up for yourself, failing or making mistakes, being a victim of circumstances, prevailing, improving and growing. There is beauty in life itself, in behing human, in struggle, in strength, in pursuit, and in loyalty to yourself.
And when you emerge from that abyss, do not stop there—look toward the mountains on the horizon. They, too, are worthy of conquest, and you should have that destiny.
Once you commit to this path, you will discover clarity, direction, and a relentless pursuit of what is truly yours. When you do, make that your world championship and pursue your gold medal. Strive for mastery—not only in what you do but in who you are.
I would also say: accept what is fundamental and undeniable, hope without rigid definition, and maintain a grounded human perspective—reasoning about human concepts in a human way. Avoid anything that is unrewarding or unnecessary, seek only relevant knowledge, prioritize what’s most important, and live to make the absolute most of yourself and your life.
A life well lived, in my view, is encapsulated in the timeless words of Frank Sinatra:
I did it my way.
That song embodies the ultimate satisfaction of a life conducted with loyalty to oneself.
You deserve yourself as you want to be and the life you aspire to. But more importantly, you must earn it. It can’t be instantly or directly attained—it has to be achieved.
You deserve to deserve it.
Start taking steps today and continue until you reach your heights, whatever that might be for you, and feel like you can settle. Don’t feel pressured to desire or aspire more than you truly do, look within and be proud of your own vision and ambition. The value is to be you, do things your way and live your own time. If you don’t know yet, what you want, just do your best and build a foundation. Put your hearth and effort into things and when you finally figure out what you want, the time spent until then will have contributed the most and been the most rewarding.
As Socrates once said: “The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”
And it is true that by keeping a positive orientation, focusing on goals, priorities, visions, apreciation, values and results, you learn to find thoose paths, make thoose constructions, choices and create positive results. If you constellate enough of the positive (new), eventually it might out-dominate the old. Construct positive ability, positive integrity and anti-negative integrity.
The solution to many problems can be found in the anthonyms of its reasons. Work out thoose positive opposites and start replacing.
And as Epictetus put it: “If your choices are beautiful, so too will you be.”
Make the most of things, live a good life, apreciate, be grateful and truly value everything that´s important to you!
