Waves are crashing in and a fresh breeze moves through the air…

Seaside workout in the breeze

Around 5 PM, I went for a 3 km run by the beach, followed by some skip rope and pushups around the Eastern Harbour district. Just the right balance of movement and open air – spontaneous, but sharp.

Afterwards: a handful of nuts, a diet soda, some müsli and other light things.

The evening rounded off with a calm session of business – preparing a few social posts for a client and designing a flyer for local distribution.

I had planned a heavy lifting session, but felt like going outdoors instead – so I moved it to tomorrow.

Workout makes the day a day!
