Industry standard
The standard for working with my type of services is that you work with the tasks according to a plan or routine based on the business idea, marketing plan and brand identity. You can work independently with authority and budget or project by project with final validation by the client. 

There is usually a phased planning with deadlines where completed phases are checked off.
There is also usually a brand folder where all documents, files, resources, logins, etc. are available. 
There are also usually routines for meetings, communication, decision-making/approval and quality assurance.

We create a plan tailored to your needs and the scope of the project.

We work and make decisions based on relevant evidence and in a legally secure manner. 
Please give me time to prepare, research and specialize when needed.

I work for you in accordance with applicable legislation and in an ethical manner. 

All materials used must be legally secure. You must have the correct licenses for your fonts, photos, films, texts or other media you wish to use. You agree to use my products and materials I have produced in an ethical and honest manner.

Conditions
-Minimum working time 2 working hours or 1600+VAT.
-30 days notice period for fixed monthly fees.
-Copyright belongs to the client but I have the right to use the material as work samples to market myself and modify it a little in line with this. If I have made a poster for you, I might put it in a photo so it is framed on a wall etc. to present it better.

Ordering
To work for you, I will need all relevant information and details such as facts, information, dates, prices, contact information, addresses, etc.
I also need everything relevant such as logos, fonts, photos, films, texts, inspiration examples, etc.
When you order, it is therefore good if you describe as clearly as possible what you need, how it will be used and what requirements it must meet, and compile and attach all files. Please also send a link to your website and any inspiration references.

Financial and legal responsibility
The client is responsible for unforeseen costs when ordering from a printing company, marketing orders, bookings, purchases, external productions or consultations. It is the client’s responsibility to approve the basis for each financial transaction and each transaction. 
The client is legally responsible and it is the client’s responsibility to legally quality-assured each communication or solution. I obviously strive to proactively prevent costs or legal situations, but the client is ultimately responsible. 

General goals
I generally work towards creating good results such as sales, repeat customers, profit, bookings, contacts, meetings, quotes, visitors, followers, shares, likes, comments, positive reviews, referrals, positive effects on staff, cost savings, reputation, popularity and fame. 

Accuracy
Before you click order, buy, publish or similar, it is very important to make sure that nothing is wrong or could go wrong that would cost money. 

AI tools and AI generation
I use AI for background, inspiration, research, improvements, quality assurance and troubleshooting.

I also use AI functions to generate different types of media to use when I produce. I can also use AI to help me develop commercial or formal text. The broad qualification and experience I have means that I can create advanced instructions for AI apps and AI tools which in turn contributes to the high level and quality of my products and services.

I use AI as a tool to enhance my own work, but I do the final and most important work myself. AI should support me, not dismantle me.

Good business and honesty
I only work with businesses that offer a good enough product and good enough conditions in an honest way.

Work folder
For larger collaborations, I create a work folder in a sharing service. In this folder, planning, documents, research and all files will be located. 

I deliver your final files in this folder. You can then save the files on your own computers.
If I have used image banks or AI generation, I can give you JPEG, PNG or PDF. If I have used elements that you or I fully own, you can get working files.

Working hours and deadlines
I can work with this during weekdays 17-21 and on weekends 09-22.
For express deliveries, a 25% extra hourly fee is invoiced. Of course, I can make an advertisement or poster faster than a website. What is express delivery therefore varies in terms of time. For an advertisement or poster it can be 2-3 days, for a large campaign package 5-8 days, for a website 7-12 days. I can make a special schedule and free up hours or take on employments or major partnerships for the right clients.

Fees and payment
-I only work against invoice, not against employment.
-Fixed prices are stated with a 25% margin of error. If problems arise or we have misjudged the working time, I reserve the right to increase the price by up to 25%. 
-Should you for good reason wish to interrupt the work before it is finished, I will invoice for the working time that has been completed and compile the files that are reasonable based on what has been done.
-Invoices are issued via frilansfinans.se with a 30-day due date and in accordance with the terms and conditions on frilansfinans.se

I reserve the right to decline work for businesses that do not fall within my target group or are not in harmony with my business and/or values. I work in the private sector, i.e. profit-oriented. I decline certain types of government, political or non-profit assignments that are disharmonious and/or too distracting. I do not work for certain types of MLM companies or MLM entrepreneurs. I do not work for businesses that are based on financial risks or highly unhealthy products. I do not work for low-quality products or for customers who want to do something as cheaply as possible.

*In addition to this, every project involves a general commitment. A brand plus project is something quite extensive to manage. I also reflect a lot on the time I spend working on a project.

Rules regarding image bank and AI-generated material
-Photos or AI photos from the image bank may be used without restriction by the client as secondary elements in marketing communications. However, not in logos or as part of trademark registrations. If they are used as a primary element, they may be used in a campaign that may involve multiple advertising formats or to represent a service, function or product. For example, an event campaign with posters, social media formats, tickets, special invitations, etc. 
-Material from the image bank may not be used on products that are sold or resold.
-The client does not have access to original files from the image bank.
-The client may not sit on the image bank and make a list of what they like. I have to select all the material. However, I can provide alternatives. The client can request desired motifs, themes, concepts, situations or similar. 
-Material from the image bank may not be used in a way that is negative for the person who created the material or is included in the material.

Politically/non-profit
I am not particularly politically or non-profit active but rather pursue a certain professional lifestyle around certain professions and industries with this business setup and work.

I may occasionally get involved in philanthropic projects, mainly through partner activities.

I believe in first and foremost building a good business with good products and services, good working conditions and policies.
