Gym, business and wellness
Yesterday I took a long evening walk dressed for workout, while starting to put a lounge playlist together. I have to figure a name out though. Floating on a summer breeze trough the city with the maximum relaxation, calm reflection, a sense of high life quality and apreciation of the moments and views of the local activity. A sense of career achievement followed me aswell,; a sense of the significance and meaning of my CV, portfolio and business achievement.

I took a long morning since I had a slight headache when I woke up. But as the day progressed I got better, had a protein shake based breakfast and went for the gym where I did:

Punching bag and jumping rope
Heavy on the back (3 variations)
Lower and upper back combo
Heavy on the shoulders (2 variations)
Heavy abs
Heavy on the legs
Heavy on the chest
Heavy on biceps and triceps

After this I got into the jacket and went for a business meeting in a hotel lobby to plan some projects.
I will spend the afternoon and evening with relaxed working and perhaps some walking in the sunset by the sea.
Also I will continue making my lounge music playlist and maybe sit and relax with a cup of tea.

Allow me a moment to reflect on what VIP truly signifies, and what customs typically prevail within such refined circles.

VIP stands for Very Important Person — a status attained not merely through fame or wealth, but through influence, association, presence, and value. It is a designation that may be earned, bestowed, or acquired, and it manifests most tangibly in the form of a VIP area: an exclusive, often exquisitely appointed space reserved for those who have merited such distinction.

There are generally two kinds of VIP areas:
One is accessible by merit — a recognition earned through relationship, reputation, or relevance.
The other is reserved for those who have purchased access — a transactional but nonetheless legitimate path.

Who knows what alliances, what networks, what VIP societies that exists? Potentially even conspiracies. VIP`s might be among you, floating on a summer breeze.

Code of Conduct – The Etiquette of the VIP

Custom and elegance guide the unspoken laws of the VIP experience. Though each establishment upholds its own standards, I offer you my own interpretations of the code — forged from both observation and lived experience.

1. Dignity
The VIP area is an arena of mutual dignity. We gather in reverence of each other’s presence and the shared privilege of access.

2. Recognition
Acknowledging the successes, stature, and refinement of others is customary. Here, one respects not only titles or reputations, but character, contribution, and grace.

3. Passion for Life & Strategic Sociality
This is a space for quality — of conversation, connection, curiosity, and celebration. To mingle, flirt, network, and enjoy life’s finer expressions is not only allowed, it is encouraged. Authentic presence and purposeful engagement are understood and respected.

4. Respect
All guests are to be treated with grace, regardless of how their status was attained. There is a tacit reverence for the institution’s own curation of its VIP list, whether earned or purchased.

5. Courtesy & Conduct
Politeness is not optional; it is the foundation. Should a disagreement arise, one is expected to navigate it with clarity, good will, and an unwavering intent to preserve mutual respect.

6. Scandals & Mishappenings
Should disruption occur, the dignified approach is to engage the establishment and the involved party directly — to resolve, to reconcile, and where necessary, to restore dignity and reputation.

In the VIP area, the only conspiracies should be cocktails.

Such are my reflections on the nature of the VIP — a world where status meets sincerity, and presence becomes privilege. May we all extend respect to every individual, never assigning indignity to those outside the VIP, but rather encouraging growth, celebrating achievement, and serving as inspirations — exemplars of what it truly means to deserve the distinction. And invite someone some day – someone who deserves to deserve it.

Money Monday

Starting the week with grace!

Sunday results
Yesterday I wrote 2 extensive essays with a total of about 10 pages. I then proceeded to go to the gym and do a short but rewarding workout.
Today I have an exam so I´ve got to study after writing this post.

A brief retrospect into 2018
In 2018 I was working with Interpool, Etagegruppen and Izakaya Koi, studying bar professions and working with bars, I was also working with graphic design for various partners and the nightclub Adelgatan. Every week I was in repeat 3-4 times doing my sets.
I lived in a villa in Husie with a super nice family. I helped KT out for a while and helped her with her legal issues in Norway.
Furthermore I was seeing a woman intimately, we where going on dates in the city and getting to know eachother better.
Walking in a suit every day, hanging out with friends from the bars and also planning to start a bar company named extravagance with a friend who has since passed. Thoose where some days for sure. Of course there was also a career and business plan. I had high ambitions.

Now in 2025 I am in that very same gym, in almost the same pose, ready to do my workout on the Sunday evening.

Going to the gym tonight aswell.

Update – 10:27 – studying for the test
Seated in a café with my studying content I study for the test today.
My study content:
-AI-generated relevant information and facts, lists with 40 most important facts, comparissons and differences
-AI-generated grade criteria analyzis and examples of reasoning for highest grade
-My essays
-The study litterature
-Encyclopedias

Today my DLHF – Unimaginable Heights playlist is in my earphones. Deep and meaningful music.

I will now study this, make marks with my pen and draw diagrams and models that explains what I read. I will underline what´s most important. Let´s see where this gets me later on today.

Spring and a Flower in the Hair

Enjoying spring in the city and by the sea!

Life is a summer breeze and picking a flower to put in your hair…
Overviewing the bridge to Denmark and Europe. The bridge I will take one day. You and me bridge, one day I will cross with my backpack, equipments and what I need and continue onwards towards new and better days. What can I do, where can I go and what can I achieve? With my selected CV and portfolio? With my DLHF-qualification and equipments?

All day with my Quality Time playlist in my earphones or on my laptop. Such a delight to listen to morning has broken while having breakfast with the sun outside the window or to listen to Andrea Bocelli while walking around and enjoying the sensations of spring in the city. Also flirting a bit with someone I´ve seen a couple of times. Hoping for some meet up any day now. When schedules align, that is when we see that happen…

One day bridge, one day… Backpacking, working abroad, living abroad. I just have a few things to solve out, then all of this will be possible.
Until then I enjoy the spring, work, business work, study, workout and enjoy myself and live my lifestyle.

Today I´ve been for some relaxed walking around in the city and I am now going to write an essay in a café that puts me several weeks ahead of schedule with the distance course I´m taking.

We are free to walk away from everything and do something completely different, because of this and more than this; we are free to improve.

Love and commit to life with all of your beating heart.

Busy Weekend

Pursuit and apreciation!

Weekend agenda
This weekend – so far – I have business worked, I´ve made about 5 high-end social posts with advanced text and high quality media contents. I have written 2 extensive essays about various subjects for a distance course. I have also produced some campaign pages on a clients webpages. Further I have also taken the time, since I´m aiming for an international future, to completely translate this whole webpage.

I started this morning, like most mornings, with a healthy, motivating and beautiful breakfast, some positive thinking, apreciation, gratitude and enthusiasm for the day. Of course, DLHF – Life Quality in the speakers (a playlist found in the menu).

Remaining on the weekend agenda:

Write essays and be in advance with my course
Study for an exam that I have on monday
Some business working, marketing services and some graphic design and print jobs
Do 2 workouts in the gym
Go for a long powerwalk in the sun and in beautiful city areas
Have a wellness evening with tea and relaxed music
Call with family and friends
Create professional work examples for this webpage
Solve some applications for further distance courses
Relaxed housekeeping
Healthy eating and nutrition
Active resting after workout

With theese 2 hands and my intellect, I can build the life of my dreams.

After everything is said and done, all that remains is to move on with life, make the most of myself and it!

Moving on With Life

Working, studying, business working and working out

Moving on with life
Working all weeks, business working and studying in the afternoons, evenings and weekends and doing at least 4 hours in the gym every week. Also doing some wellness, resting and life quality time. That is pretty much the routine. I’ve also been reflecting and planning and making up my mind about many things. First of all I have decided to only work with the private sector for the future and to aim more internationally. I don’t have any interest in working with the law, democracy, rights, politics, country or any governments in the future. If it may have seemed that way. I only want to work with the private sector, my professions, services, business management etc. pay my taxes and expect everything to work. And I only want to know the law, security and self defense I need to know for my own personal safety and regarding my employments, entrepreneurship and my professions. Secondly I have decided to look at international living for the future (moving abroad). To put it simply, it hasn’t been good enough or synergistic enough and I am disappointed with some things in regards to life in this nation. I’m moving on with life. Also life and career abroad is more tempting in many ways. The climate, social life, business life and much more. So I have 2 reasons for this. My reasons. I am disappointed. And there´s a life I aspire to abroad. Thank you all very much. Moving on with life.

To move abroad and change citizenship is an international human right.

Me, my concepts and my campaigns

My business is my main thing, concepts are secondary to that
I just crafted a cocktail and initiated a campaign, but I want to make clear that my main thing is my way of business, my service, my personal way of career and living and my preferred clientele and industry.

However nice it is to be playful every now and then and work with mysteries, buzz, hype and creative promotions, I am also a very serious professional with a profound mentality. I’m not a VIP conspiracist all days, not even most days, but a proficient and established consultant and a deep and very serious person in love with life.

The cocktail concept however, is like it is, it is like everything involved.

The weekend will mean business working, some studying, life quality, wellness and some gym workout and powerwalks or jogging outdoors, in the city and by the sea.

VIP Ordering

The joke is that it isn´t even a joke, I want to order.

Do you have a VIP cocktail?

Going out to the city to simply see what VIP options there are in the cocktail menus on April 1st – April fools day.

I don’t mean to complain, your venues are fine, the cocktail menus are all that, and the staff is nice, hospitable, service-minded, neat, and professional. I like your places! But for us true VIPs, there must be something special to order.

I realize that you perhaps don’t want to put too expensive or advanced options on the normal menu, but you can always have a VIP menu tucked away somewhere so that when the occasion calls for something extraordinary, you can present the guest with a range of options.

I don´t in any way mean to indignify the normal cocktails. I just feel there´s room – perhaps even a calling – for a VIP Cocktail sometimes.

Spirits, rums, cognacs, whiskies, wines and fine wines and even alcohol-free options and all that are nice, but how about some real high-end cocktail creativity?

*Alcohol-free options should be available, or else, they´re available somwehere else. Choose something alcohol-free if you want that or an alcohol-free version that has its own type of dignity and quality. You are encouraged to live well in a healthy way, nothing else.
