Busy Days and Upcoming City Festival

The last couple of days have been remarkable!
When you have clarity and believe in yourself, almost anything is possible. When you have a strategic plan and lifestyle, do your best and act your finest, something happens: the upwards effect.

Active days
I won’t bore you with all the details, but I’ve had quite active days, although with some rest.

One day, I managed 30,000 steps along with two workouts – one at the gym and one at an outdoor gym. I found a new outdoor gym by the sea with real weights where you can do some serious lifting. Just 15 minutes from home.

The following day, I recovered with some pizza in front of a streaming service. I also did some work for Madfitness and Malmborgen – including a newsletter, a few social media posts, and a postcard.

I’ve been out running twice: once for 4 km, and once for a full 10 km – divided into a couple of sessions, but fully completed.

I’ve also cooked some nutritious meals and enjoyed healthy, motivating breakfasts.

Every day is full of music. Brows trough my playlists under music in the navigation menu and find your new favorites!

On top of this, in between it all, I’ve taken time to constructively resolve a few minor things, hopefully into a satisfying good result. 

I also made a laundry reservation. I still do my own laundry and clean my own apartment.
For now.

The 21 km run is coming up. I’ll increase the long run each week by about 2 km. I don’t mind walking or taking breaks – as long as I cover the full distance. That way, the body, which has been more of a gym body, gets used to it. Rome wasn´t built in a day.

I’ve also started some distance studies. I look forward to delivering nothing but my finest work in this.

The evening grub can also be a healthy one sometimes.

Slowly but certainly, a half marathon runner emanates. 

I honestly made 4000 steps more after midnight. 

With these very legs. That I also stretched afterwards.

I have a small collaboration with Margot À Deild Fitness and Lovisa Holm – health consultant who both work in and collaborate in health, well-being, training, nutrition, etc.
I produce things like websites in WordPress, advertisements, invitation materials and other marketing communication.

A Wonderful Night

Spending time – quality time!

Yesterday was fantastic!

IDG came by and we had a real good time like we usually always do!
Now I’m up, alive and well with a cup of coffee and getting ready for some workout and then studying.
More than that, the city festival is coming up and I look forward to enjoying the festivities.

To celebrate a victory, triumph, for special situations or meaningful moments I sometimes bring out the chalices and have my red in them. Yesterday I started the evening that way, later to proceed with classic wine glasses.

Rain and Relax

Yesterdays evening run.

The rain falls outside
After the recent heat, this shift in weather offers a most welcome relief.
The rain, alternating between downpours and soft sprinkles, brings a sense of serenity and gentle stillness.

Several matters have been resolved constructively, and now that all of that has been addressed, what remains is simply to move forward — into beautiful days and strategic efforts toward the future.

Today I’m dedicating myself to a session of functional training at the gym if I have energy enough tonight after yesterday. Otherwise I’ll rest up and go tomorrow. Yesterday, I went for an evening run and even though it was only 4km, I still feel it in the body today. I’ll also spend time on relaxation, wellness, quiet focus, and updating my planning along with other personal documents.

In recent weeks, I’ve taken some time off — unwinding, watching films and series, visiting Krystyna and the princesses in Stockholm, refining my home office with a new computer, and preparing for upcoming distance studies.

For the studies, I’ve adopted a comprehensive and structured approach: analyzing grade criteria with the help of AI, creating examples of A-level content and reasoning, compiling curated word lists with explanations, synonyms and antonyms, and establishing grammar and language frameworks tailored to top-level performance.

Obviously — based on this webpage, my portfolio and CV — I am clearly capable of quite a lot. What I now seek is formal recognition and certification of those abilities. That’s why I’ll be pursuing selected distance courses alongside my work over the coming year.

My gym bag is packed with the skiprope, mma-gloves, a protein-eaa-shake and other accessories. Tonight or tomorrow It’ll be the gym.

I´m alive and well, with qualities and talents, capable of much, with both feet on the ground and clarity inside, motivated for the future. Time to move on. Onwards and upwards!

When I was younger I worked as a Swing Manager while studying within American fast food. Jack Penrod who founded Nikki Beach was Floridas largest franchise owner in the same brand. Years later, in 2013, I had worked my way up as a freelancer and was offered to work with Nikki Beach.

Jack and Lucia Penrod started with a small café, later developing a series of high-end beach clubs, restaurants and resorts to honor their daughter Nicole.

For Nikki Beach, I:

  • Created posters and edited a seasonal calendar
  • Drafted marketing content for established original concepts such as:
    • “What Women Want”
    • “World Famous Sunday Brunch”
    • “Gold Party with Armand de Brignac”

Later, I realized who owned the bottle—none other than Jay-Z.

Moët & Hennessy eventually acquired 50% of Armand de Brignac, and to my understanding, this partnership still holds today. In a Beyoncé song, they sing about her “mixing her Ace up with Hennessy.” It’s a solid base for an exclusive cocktail recipe, blending these physical and commercial ingredients with something more will be an excellent cocktail.

At Nikki Beach, I gained valuable experience in high-end brand management. I studied their brand manual, and their management was extremely strict about maintaining alignment—every promotional piece had to perfectly match their branding guidelines.

I find this type of commerce, brand and lifestyle to be to my taste, it´s therefore valuable to me and a strong foundation for my proficiency.

I´ve worked with a lot of companies and logos over the years, and many have been synergistic and pursuable also afterwards as a portfolio holder. In the end, who you really want to be and become, what you really want to do is what to keep near and integrate. You have to strategically constellate what you want to integrate and how into your commerce, career and future so that you integrate who you want to be and what kind of life you want to live.

Last Days

Onwards and upwards!

Last days have been constructive
I´ve been commited to my programs and pursuits and also attempted to solve what´s seemed necesseary and fair. There´s been some minor issues to attend but now that that´s all said and done, all that remains is to switch focus, move on,  build for the future and apreciate the life. To make the most of days in a way that also builds better tomorrows.
I´ve got more important things to do anyways. Honestly.

Something´s happened to my hosting or storage. That´s why the layout of this post is somewhat off. It´s being investigated and will be solved asap.

Last days has meant many things:
-Running Saturday
-Working out in the gym Sunday
-Walking in the sun along the beach
-Walk in the park
-Exploring the near city areas
-Eating some healthy foods
-Getting business jobs done
-Chilling and relaxing
-Calling with friends and pops
-Watching an amazing show

The Sunday workout, starting 2pm and ending 5 pm. 
-500 steps in stair machine in 5 minues.
-Viking press, aprox 15 reps at 50kg
-Dumbell triceps pushup into dumbell cross: 3 sets.
-Pushup with kettlebell move: 3 sets
-Pullups and chins: 37 reps
-Some extra on biceps
-Weighted abs
-Light lower back

The power of positivity

The positive is what we want to integrate and achieve – that should be our focus – I can succeed!
The focus when we act and perform should be positively oriented. Successful. Positive.

Otherwise, when we express and interact, we should pursue to be either strathegic or genuine and constructive. 

Running in the rain is special. The workout becomes another type of experience – more elemental – and more intense.

Kicking back in the apartment after a mid-week shorter run, making some minor business tasks and writing this post – life is enjoyable and I feel fresh and well.

Candles lit. The red ones bring my imagination to distant shores and what life must be like there in the evenings. To think about and apreciate life after the day. A sacred feeling.
And the music. What it must have been like to make the music. To step by step get closer to the result. And then finally. This beautiful music.
I focus on relaxing, winding down, being calm and enjoying life. Getting ready for bed.

I shouldn´t have any screen time after relaxing, but I wanted to make this post so I made it quickly.
