Onwards and upwards!

Last days have been constructive
I´ve been commited to my programs and pursuits and also attempted to solve what´s seemed necesseary and fair. There´s been some minor issues to attend but now that that´s all said and done, all that remains is to switch focus, move on,  build for the future and apreciate the life. To make the most of days in a way that also builds better tomorrows.
I´ve got more important things to do anyways. Honestly.

Something´s happened to my hosting or storage. That´s why the layout of this post is somewhat off. It´s being investigated and will be solved asap.

Last days has meant many things:
-Running Saturday
-Working out in the gym Sunday
-Walking in the sun along the beach
-Walk in the park
-Exploring the near city areas
-Eating some healthy foods
-Getting business jobs done
-Chilling and relaxing
-Calling with friends and pops
-Watching an amazing show

The Sunday gym!

The Sunday workout, starting 2pm and ending 5 pm. 
-500 steps in stair machine in 5 minues.
-Viking press, aprox 15 reps at 50kg
-Dumbell triceps pushup into dumbell cross: 3 sets.
-Pushup with kettlebell move: 3 sets
-Pullups and chins: 37 reps
-Some extra on biceps
-Weighted abs
-Light lower back

 

It was like a walk in the park!
