Busy Week

It’s been a busy week!

The weekend’s coming up!
It’s been a busy week, and I look forward to a both relaxed and active weekend.
I’ve taken the time to finish of some things I had to solve and now I don’t have anything on my plate until December. I shall not undertake anything new either, but rather focus on the everyday and the pursuits.

The summer is drawing it’s last breath, which is both sad at the same time as it offers a welcome relief from the heat.
Walking in a coat in the city and living the city life in the autumn can be sensational.

I have worked a lot last weeks at my income job within E-commerce and I have also watched an intricate show on primevideo: The perhipheral.

The show was exciting, innovative and immersive, the characters where very dramatic and fascinating. Totally a watch!

For the weekend I look forward to doing some sort of a health, workout and wellness project. I will also do some business jobs and potentially go to MJ’s or the Skybar for a sip-del-sip.

I have to go for a long run also to get ready for the half-marathon.

Time flies, but so far I’ve made the most of the year I feel. It’s been a special year for me so far. A very productive and constructive year so far. Some things could have been better though, certainly, but a new year comes within short and it shall be a remarkable one.

We are what we do, so do what you want to be!

Last Days of Summer

It almost feels like yesterday that I wrote “summer starts today!”

As well as I could be
After a set in the gym today comprised of running, skiprope, abs and core, I feel fresh and vital.

The running is improving and I feel certain that I’m capable of 15 km by now if I need to. If I do that stretch a couple of times I can probably account myself a non-stop half-marathon within 2 hours and 10 minutes. 

The days have been much work, music, creativity and solving important things.

I have also had time to enjoy life, walk in the park, shop for some gym-things and the occasional glass of red or coupe of rum.

In my page about personal success you can learn more about my views on things and on my ideas on proactive living. You can be very serious and administrative or more free, loose and keep a list and scratchbook if you like, but some sort of strathegies are essential in order to achieve yourself and the life you aspire to.

Ending the weekend in style!

I beg your pardon
-But I’ve been healthy today and I deserve to have that noted.

Today I went for a long powerwalk and also for a session in the gym. I did lat pull downs, rows, biceps, triceps, chest, upper chest and abs. I will do a functional session later this week but I also need to focus on my running before the half-marathon.

I had some protein, followed by grub and I watched a to sad movie, listened to some music and chilled at home. I also helped a mate out with some things.

After this I took some representational photos and with gentle tip-taps on my keypads I brought clarity and attention to matters of importance.

10 KM Run

The half marathon is coming up!

10 KM run
Running trough beautiful villa areas, over bridges, past shopping malls, into blossoming summer gardens, past stadiums, trough city areas, parks with statues and floral gardens, past lakes, a mill and then last trough the eastern harbour district until we can put our foot on the fountain surrounding the icon of the city; Turning Torso.

While you all, did whatever you where doing, we made this run. I still had a few KM in me, but we stopped to not over strain ourselves and stretched. Then walked with lounge music along the sea back to the apartment.

Flowers followed us,
We made it all the way.

I will run the distance!

All That Remains

Is the recognition

All that remains; as coins are being flipped, as dominos tip over, as cards come crashing down and as black pieces are being swept and shook off the board is to recognize it with the shredded bucket and pulverization, water the flowers of improvement with  tears and solve out the numbers and details. 

The date has been set, for the start of the games. The representation has been chosen.

Sunset Ventures

Life and the summer calms down as the sun sets

I’ve visited a lot of places, and saw a lot of sunsets
-It is always special with the sunset hours. Today was no exception. Life calms down and the summer gets less heated, just before sunset. 

After adding some steps to the counter, I walk over the grass, flowing in the sea breeze, watching the waves and sunset sceneries before me, as I walk into the outdoor seaside gym area. 

I do a nice set, comprised of: bench press, shoulder press, lats pull down and abs. Prior to this I was in the other beach gym and did some biceps and hanging row.

The blue skies above me as I bench press and the sea breeze flowing over me makes the moment perfect. 

There is truly a combination of assets, setups, attitudes, habits, activities, values, principles and ethics, that if you integrate them as you genuinely are, bring you upwards.

I proceed to walk along the beach, listening to my lounge music playlist.

After all of this. What remains is to prepare for early morning walking, winding down with chilled music and going to sleep shortly. 

Life is fine.

Lean Into it

A befitting physique

An approximate desirable physique, possible with the required asset, focus and without disturbance.

Beach 2025
-The beach season is starting to fade in Sweden, but I must always be ready for the beach regardless.

I have decided to adopt into a more lean physique. Both in general and before the half-marathon.

Therefore I shall def and only do lighter workout for a period of time.
I shall walk a longer distance every day and focus more on running. 

The results shall be, me; ripped and lean, like a well-sculpted athlete, as the muscles I’ve built over this year begin to show more. “For we are both the marble and the sculptor”, and so we must be vary of what we create by our lifestyle and activities. I’m not saying everyone has to be ripped and muscular, running marathons weekly, but at least be healthy and well!

So far I’ve reached 19 000 steps today, as I’ve powerwalked along the beach and small boat harbor with nothing but the best of music in my earphones.

I shall now go for a longer one and end it with the outdoor gym. Thereafter I shall enjoy the delights of protein. Assuring excellent results.

Tomorrow I shall rise early, and make many steps before the evening.

Running Lapses

Running lapses in my red shoes!

It’s not over until it’s done
-I’m going for a shorter run, and of course, between me and the ground, carrying me forth, shall be the new running shoes that I’m beginning to fall for.

Steps forward and onwards. Steps upwards.

If you take the time to reflect upon it, there are certain setups and constellations, activities, behaviors, principles and values, that all bring you and your freedom upwards in life if you integrate them in a way that is genuinely you. You can find it all out, just by looking within and looking at the world and life, while practicing objective common sense.
