Summer Workout

Working out on the beach

Morning workout by the sea

Just 800 metres – or a brisk ten-minute walk – from my apartment, the beach begins. It’s a straightforward place: concrete paths for running, a solid beach gym, long piers with wooden railings, basketball courts and open space with amazing views of the city, sea, Denmark and the bridge. If you follow the shoreline far enough, you reach the Western Harbour – a sharper, more urban district where stairs drop straight into the sea. Good for a swim, a moment alone, or a sunset with company. The area has all the essentials: cafés, restaurants, bars and a big open field for summer meetups.

This morning started with a workout session by the water:
– Skip rope on the pier and on a platform near the beach gym
– Pier-sprints full-out to the end
– Chins
– Dips
– Upper back
– Push-ups
– Core work

A beautiful and motivating way to start the day – sea air, breezes, amazing views, morning sun,  concrete, wood and sand under your feet. Clean start.

The rest of the day includes a city walk with headphones in, linking up with my brother who’s visiting, and possibly a meeting or delivery run for a client project.

One of the Best Days

A new chapter begins
It´s fair to call this one of the best days in many years.

I start my morning with a stroll down to the store to buy breakfast and then indulge in a delicious and motivating breakfast at home with some life quality music in the speakers.

After this I create some social posts for a client and go to a business meeting in a central restaurant and café with a client.

The evening is spent decorating the home, with some relaxed workout and with high productivity.

The best day in many years and the start of a new chapter!

Rainy Sunday

The rain murmurs outside

A rainy day, a powerful one

Today offered calm, rain and space for realignment. I spent the day recharging while updating the website, refining some plans and enjoying a long, focused workout. Plenty of food, solid rest, and a late evening of client work and wellness rituals followed. Music. Silence. Some light strategy. Just presence.

When who you want to be and who you intend and choose to be align, personal success stops being a wish and becomes a reality.

Today’s workout program:

  • Punching bag / self defence training / coordinative training

  • Heavy weights – all body, typically 3×4 or 3×6 weights

Summertime

Summer starts today!

The time to be alive

“Den blomstertid nu kommer”—so we sang as children when summer break was about to begin. My brother and I wore matching shorts, shoes, and shirts to the end-of-term celebration. Our sisters had identical dresses. The whole family gathered—cordials, cakes and sparkling apple cider in hand—to welcome the season of light.

Together we’d visit lakes and beaches, grill into golden evenings, and roam the countryside on bicycles—off to fish, play games, climb trees, swim from ropes, or simply be. I’d place a blade of grass between my lips, take off my shirt and stroll like a vagabond, På luffen—free, sun-kissed and alive.

Summer meant cousins. Summer meant Lugnet, waterslides in Falun, road trips to our grandfather and Kirsten in Dröverka. He, civil engineer A. Lilljebjörn, Rotary chairman and connoisseur of craftsmanship, had a white villa by the lake—a residence he’d personally altered and refined into a character of its own. We’d grill on the veranda, fish from the boat using fishing nets, and swim from the pier. It was magical.

As we grew older, summers became a celebration—of freedom, friendships and late-night stories. Sometimes it was seasonal adventures on charter destinations. Sometimes a new romance on foreign shores.

Eventually summers became summers with my nieces and nephews. Or relaxed with dinners on the veranda at pops. 

This summer – the summer before me – will be active and mean a lot of things.

This summer will be a business adventure, a tour of constructive living, a life quality venture and a chapter of meaning, shared with those I hold dear.

A Campaign and Champagne

Friday festivities

First the campaign, then the champagne
After hard work and constructive effort comes quality time. The summer awaits as well – the summer awaits…

I will begin the Friday with handing out 3 letters and end it with some festivities and hopefully champagne with friends and colleagues.

Also I’m moving from theese temporary accomodations to a more befitting area and apartment during the beginning of next week – something I really look forward to. 

For your own delight, I will supply some me-me-me!

Local Campaign

A letter to potential partners

5 letters are ready on my desk
I will personally hand them out or send them trough the mail service.

There’s no use in sitting around and waiting. I myself, aquire myself a CV, portfolio, networks, experience, equipments, assets, softwares, licenses and build my own webpage with my brand, work examples, texts and media. I then design my own flyers, write my own letters and make my own campaign. I negotiate my own partnerships based on this.

After this I deliver my own service and product in alignment with what´s stated on this webpage and then I send the client my own bill and collect my own reward.

There´s been hard times and struggle to be capable of this – but I made it trough and past – I made it here today.

Seaside Workout

Waves are crashing in and a fresh breeze moves through the air…

Seaside workout in the breeze

Around 5 PM, I went for a 3 km run by the beach, followed by some skip rope and pushups around the Eastern Harbour district. Just the right balance of movement and open air – spontaneous, but sharp.

Afterwards: a handful of nuts, a diet soda, some müsli and other light things.

The evening rounded off with a calm session of business – preparing a few social posts for a client and designing a flyer for local distribution.

I had planned a heavy lifting session, but felt like going outdoors instead – so I moved it to tomorrow.

Workout makes the day a day!
