Working with businesses such as restaurants, hotels, beach clubs, nightlife, bars, tourism, travelling, experiences, music, cruises, yachting, health and fitness, real estate, luxury, fashion, beauty, branded spirits etc.
I only work with the private sector. I’m not in any way political or ideologically active. I emphasize a personal and completely privatized life. I don´t compromise much, I do the things I want to be and the rest I leave to people who want to be it.
Clarity and direction
Clarity for me is looking into myself and orienting by my experience and insight into life and making up my mind about who I want to be, what I want my life to be like and what I want to do. And then choose to integrate the things that are this. I want a personal and private life. I will do the things that are what I want to be.
What was, was like it was and has been good and synergistic that way. What is, is what´s currently decided for the future. The things I want do do and be.
Lately I have solved what can constructively be solved, made up my mind about things and set a direction for myself, life and career.
Lately I have solved some problems. If you dont want to be solved, don´t get in my way in any way. It´s simple like that. For every action there is an opposite an equal reaction. For every action there is an interest.
Simple as that!

I also had a beer, some nuts, and today I took it easy and chilled in the morning, after wich I went to the city to meet a client in a café. As always, I´m finding clarity and making my life as personal and private as possible.

Running yesterday, functional today, business working, life quality and wellness tonight. Last days in a few words and pics.
Still Running
When I was a young boy, I would run up and down the hills, along trails beside the creeks, and climb the mountains in the forest near our villa, nestled at the foot of a mountain in the heart of Sweden.
I always loved running with my arms outstretched in freedom, leaning into the movement as I dashed up and down the slopes — accelerating downhill, surrounded by the forest. I also loved skiing and racing on mini-skis. The speed, the sense of G-force, the acceleration, the lean, the jumps — all of it thrilled me. At this age, it´s more of a delight to be in good shape and be capable of running a distance with enjoyment and apreciation, and feeling fresh afterwards once showered and rehydrated.
I’ve signed up for a half-marathon in Malmö. That means I’ve had to shift my training focus a bit. The new routine includes one long-distance run per week, one shorter run, and two full-body functional workouts.
I haven’t been much of a long-distance runner before — I rarely go beyond 10 km — so this will be a new experience.
Other than that, it’s pretty much the same old hustle, grind and life artistery.
The half marathon is coming up.

Yesterdays functional workout
Malmö has many interesting SATS-gyms. Yesterday I visited Hyllie Corner, a small gym with focus on free weights and functional workout. The place was nice and fresh and there´s something special about working out in this type of city landscape. The Hyllie-area is modern, fresh and inspiring.
I had to be a bit careful with weights and some movements due to some pain in the lower back, but I still got a good program together. The functional program feels real good. I feel that focusing completely on this has been a winner. As long as I do some really heavy I will still get the type of physique I emphasize.
The program:
-Assault bike for warmup
-Weighted sledge push and pull 2x2x30m @ 125kg
-Pushup with kettlebell move @ 28kg
-Triceps pushup with dumbbell cross @ 2x8kg
-Champions walk with 2x24kg
-Shoulder combo with 2x8kg 3 sets
-Varied pullups and chins
-Jump ups and weighted jump ups @ 32kg
-Abs combo with 20kg ball and 8kg handle-ball

The heat that follows… Is hot… And therefore my productivity has somewhat suffered last week.
I have however solved some minor things, made some jobs and went for some workout, a swim in the sea and spent some quality time in the apartment or on the balcony. Amazingly the sea is still cold.
Today I´m going to check out the SATS in Hyllie.

This year it will be more of a working holiday.
I won´t go away on proper holiday. Instead I will enjoy the city life and maximum visit the families.
The activities:

-Watch something interesting or exciting on streaming every now and then
-Fixing at home
-Eating out sometimes and cooking nice food at home
-Inviting friends over for barbecue

The program is coming together. I feel real good about this program.
I will end the evening with a powerwalk with music to get some more steps and some business working.

Yesterdays workout and exercise
About 20 000 steps and a functional workout
I am fully confident that it was the right thing to do to change the workout program to only heavy functional and functional in combination with heavy cardio, cardio and sport. And also som life quality workout like skiprope by the sea, nice powerwalks etc.
This way I can fully commit to this program without having the distraction of the heavy weightlifting.
I started this morning with a powerwalk in only shorts along the beach and I will now have some lunch and then go for another functional workout that hits different muscle groups.
Workout makes it work out!
