The whole city is alive
The yearly city festival started yesterday and so food trucks, various tents, music stages, a tivoli, local bars, restaurants and entertainment concepts attracts hundreds of thousands to the streets, squares and local venues.
It´s an impactful and immersive experience. That so many, so different, go out and make the city so alive – together – united trough music, festivity and entertainment. The festival also offers a diversity of music, with many different conceptual entertainment areas with their own stage and lineup.
For some, it´s perhaps one of the first real experiences of and insights into what democratic freedom is really like.
For others, it´s to enter the stage and give it all you got. Or the best time of the year, to hang out with friends and tour around the city and experience different festival areas.
Friends are happy, families entertained, people find each other and some fall in love. Life is intense, sensational and surprising. The time of our lives.
I´ve spent the days with studies and study preparation, solving out some things, eating well, doing workout, walking along the beach, listening to music and making plots for the future.
When I was younger we had similar festivals in my hometown or my cousins hometown. But nothing that came near this. Not even closely. We still had a good time though. The time of our lives.

And was followed by a relaxing walk along the beach while inspecting the Turning Torso, that has fluctuated in visions and ideas of various sort.
