A smoothie operation
There is a guy at work who plays smooth operator every now and then. Well it was fine the first 40 times. But after 140 times it’s time to do as they said in The Down Under Bar with vivid gesticulations: “Finita la musica.”

I’ve acquired myself a smoothie mixer and bought vegetables, spinace, fruits, shots and juices. I also add in EAA into the smoothies before workout.

It’s so convenient, and so fresh. A healthy smoothie and then the gym.
I will start this morning by just that. The outdoor gym. And then working a half-shift and doing business jobs in the evening.

Last week has been productive – to say the least. I’ve underlined certain statements with contents. Contents that will clarify things to people who need such clarity.

The human rights articulate that society is a platform and structure for the individual to achieve themself and their rights into properties by and to have this protected by the law. Society is a constitution cooperation and a necesseary structure in order to have a constitution and to cooperate. That is what motivates the individuals obligations and duties towards society. Without society, we have but nature and what we can assure ourselves. 

A few nights ago we had dinner for 2. IDG came over and we had some fancy-pancy cocktails, some wine, listened to music and watched some show and started to watch the Count of Monte Cristo.

In this movie a man with noble character and intent is sacrificed to benefit the “more important” and unforgivably and unfairly violated. Everything he has deserved is taken from him. He is stashed away from the world and buried in a prison dungeon. By the twists of fate, this enables him of everything he needs in order to retaliate.
Carried by the very wish of the world he emerges on a quest for justice.

I also watched Mission Impossible – Final Reckoning yesterday and had som catering. Life was good.

Now life will be constructive as I hit the beach gym and then proceed with a constructive day.
