Let´s make the most of Sunday!

Yesterday I ran 7km, today I´m doing heavy functional
I started my morning with a healthy breakfast, some planning and reflection with my life plan and packing my things for the gym.

I will also do some business-jobs in the afternoon and a wellness session later on at night with some lounge music and tea.

Getting into long-distance running before the 21 km run!

I use this app for tracking steps and outdoor running. It takes to much time and effort to include my gym workout in this one. I usually land 12 000 steps / day.

Aproximately 7 km divided into 3 distances

Getting started with long-distance running again.
Running from the apartment to the iconic Turning Torso and then about 2 more kilometers. I was supposed to run 5 km according to the project plan, but I figured I might as well get ahead of schedule.

For the legs and endurance, the distance is almost effortless. The only reason for dividing it into 3 segments with a short walking break between is the running muscles in the lower back – they still need to get on board with the rest of the body.

The project plan for the 21 km run with result notes. It includes motivation and pep, a buildup workout schedule, nutrition, stretch and resting routines.
