Breakfast with good music on the balcony, getting ready, dressing up, working in the city and later a heavy functional workout. What a day!

City working and workout
The weather has improved from yesterdays downpour and the sun is once again shining on the balcony and in the city.
I will seize this day by working in the city and then later on proceed with a functional workout.
I´ve redone my workout schedule to include more cardio, heavy functional and functional workout and much less heavy weightlifting. I’m confident that this workout approach will be less demanding and give me more benefits and better results. To do both a functional program and a weightlifting program was demanding and I would like to have more energy, prioritize business and achieve a more functional and flexible body. I also think it´s easier to achieve the physique and weight I want by this program.
