Ending the weekend in style!

I beg your pardon
-But I’ve been healthy today and I deserve to have that noted.

Today I went for a long powerwalk and also for a session in the gym. I did lat pull downs, rows, biceps, triceps, chest, upper chest and abs. I will do a functional session later this week but I also need to focus on my running before the half-marathon.

I had some protein, followed by grub and I watched a to sad movie, listened to some music and chilled at home. I also helped a mate out with some things.

After this I took some representational photos and with gentle tip-taps on my keypads I brought clarity and attention to matters of importance.

The uttermost importance!

Let’s make the week a festivity!

25 deep ones in a row on the abs with 15 kg was easy!

Luckily there’s time for me-me-me photos!
