And it was a good one!

Getting on with a heavy functional workout!

Functional 2- weekend (Warmup: Boxing bag):

  • Dumbell cross
  • Pushups w. KB move
  • Shoulder combo
  • Pull ups / chins / superhero pull up (Min 30)
  • Weighted ABS and ABS – knee kicks

    *3 Sets per exercise usually. 

Workout makes it work out!

Fresh, neat and proper after a shower!
